3. Exercise: We all know we should exercise. All of us. There are no excuses, NONE. I am a busy person too, I understand that life is hectic, but everyone has 15 minutes a day to do something. Go for a walk, do sit-ups, push-ups, and jumping jacks while you watch TV, play games outside with your kids, anything that requires a little physical activity.
