2. Eat Right: Another thing we learned as kids, you remember the food pyramid, well they did not preach it to us for no good reason. If you eat healthy, you will feel better and be happier. I’m not saying you have to suffer, I love sweets more than any other food and will always eat them, just eat sensibly. My three best pieces of advice are: 1) Try to drink as little soda as possible, and cut out all diet soda, artificial sweeteners are worse for you than sugar, 2) try to cut High Fructose Corn Syrup (the food devil) out of your diet, 3) and Try to cut down on red meat, it is really not the best for you and is also bad for the environment.
